To delete events in Aanval, simply perform a search for the events you would like to permanently delete from the system, and select the delete button.
You will be redirected to a delete confirmation display prior to deletion.
Note, deleting events is a permanent action, there is no undo or restore option. Use with caution.
Events can also be deleted without performing a search. This is used when the search may be taxing on the resources of the system and a "no questions asked" delete is necessary. In order to perform this type of delete, use the "delete:" keyword with your search term.
WARNING : Using the "delete:" keyword does not provide a confirmation, or method to reverse the delete. It is a permanent delete.
Example - If you'd like to delete all events that contain the word "pig" you would perform the following search within Aanval:
The search mechanism identifies the keyword (including the colon) and then performs that action upon the remaining search terms.
